With the growing demand for skilled workers in the construction industry, promoting and marketing the glazing trade is crucial. The Build Your Future campaign—powered by the passionate people at NCCER—is actively supporting the trade with articles like Top 5 Reasons to Become a Glazier, highlighting the industry’s job security and potential for career development. Similarly, the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions has created a new video that showcases how becoming a glazier has completely changed a life for the better, describing benefits and opportunities the trade provides for both personal and professional growth, as well as the benefits of apprenticeship.
These efforts have three goals:
