NGA is hosting a new pilot program—GlassFab—for plant managers of glass fabrication companies on October 19-20 at GlassBuild America in Las Vegas. Attendees are invited to hear from industry leaders and peers about their challenges and successes when it comes to quality control. In presentations and roundtable discussions, attendees will dig into topics including documenting processes, maintenance and maximizing efficiency—all in the name of limiting remakes and improving customer satisfaction. Plant managers can also help shape future glass fabricator education by providing feedback on the topics and formats most useful to them and their employees.
