The National Glass Association has joined the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and other trade associations to send a strong, unified message of support for the bipartisan infrastructure deal currently being considered by Congress.
NAM invited manufacturing and business associations to sign onto a letter, which emphasizes the importance of the historic infrastructure spending and investments proposed while not undoing the competitive tax provisions gained from the 2017 tax reform law.
The framework of the bipartisan infrastructure deal is aimed at "strengthening manufacturers' global competitiveness, improving safety for American workers and creating more high-skill, high-paying manufacturing jobs."
